What do you need if we are a larger corporation?

For large, complex corporations: If 51% ownership cannot be established, the following information must be obtained at a minimum: We would need to know each beneficial owner (a physical person) with 25% or more ownership in the business (0-4 individual owners) We need to know who the controlling individual in the business is (Ex. COO or CFO). We would require the following personal information for the Owners and Controlling Individuals: Full legal name, current physical mailing address, date of birth and social security number
